JOB DESCRIPTION for ENGINEER Role

The daily activities performed in the team include:

·      Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities within the Sales Capability area

·      Prepare, maintain, and structure project documentation, meeting minutes, and action logs

·      Support follow-up on project plans, open actions, risks, and dependencies

·      Assist in testing, training, data migration, and management activities as needed

·      Track progress and support status reporting to project stakeholders

·      Maintain SharePoint, Teams sites, and project repositories

·      Support communication and coordination between local and global teams

·      Collect, organize, and document business requirements, decisions, and lessons learned

REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES (Engineer)

·      Bachelors Degree in Engineering

·      1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or business support

·      Interest in SAP, business processes, and digital transformation projects

·      Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

·      Excellent communication skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION for LEAD Role

·      Lead and manage the testing workstream within Service Capability by defining the test strategy, scope, and structured testing approach aligned with programming milestones.

·      Ensure comprehensive, business-focused test coverage with traceability from requirements to test scenarios.

·      Coordinate integration testing (ITC) and user acceptance testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders, end-to-end process coordinators, and the training workstream to validate business processes and align testing outcomes with training needs.

·      Lead the governance and execution of testing by ensuring defects are effectively managed, quality issues are resolved, and test outcomes support business readiness and user enablement.

·      Provide transparent reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality, while driving accountability for test-related activities across Service Capability.

·      The role also supports key service processes, including service planning and dispatch, service contracts and maintenance, and repair and refurbishment operations, with an emphasis on process traceability and integration with manufacturing.

·      Support Service Capability by ensuring service processes are accurately reflected in SAP for financial transparency, performance reporting, and master data management.

·      Broad expertise across service processes or deep knowledge in specific domains, with responsibilities tailored to complement the overall team.

·      The role also includes leading change management activities by analyzing stakeholder impacts, representing the Sales organization, driving communication and engagement, supporting training and rollout readiness, and managing feedback and adoption risks.

·      Lead Sales data migration and testing activities by defining migration plans, ensuring data readiness, managing data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and ETL execution.

·      Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to maintain data quality. Support go-live and hypercare by resolving data issues.

·      Additionally, define and execute the Sales testing strategy, coordinate SIT and UAT, develop localized test scenarios, support key users, monitor progress, and manage defects through to resolution.

·      Maintain SharePoint, Teams sites, and project repositories

 REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES (Lead)

·      Bachelor's degree in engineering

·      SAP SD experience in S/4HANA

·      Proven test management experience (SIT, UAT, defect handling)

·      Experience from global template-based rollouts

·      Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes

·      SAP SD experience in S/4HANA
