  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare tech Enterprise Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Ability to travel with trade show experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Experience in generating prospects and leads through creative means
  • Passion for hunting new business opportunities
  • Naturally curious mindset and willingness to continuously learn

Responsibilities
  • Represent Collectly and embody core values when engaging with new prospects
  • Full sales cycle role including prospecting, discovery, presenting, and closing business
  • Build and expand a territory from scratch through strategic cold outreach
  • Attract new partners by sourcing leads through multiple channels
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations of the Collectly platform
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to manage accounts
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine ideal customer profile
  • Work with sales team to improve go-to-market strategy
  • Build strong relationships and trust with prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring favorable terms for both parties
