Talent Acquisition Specialist

1️⃣ Identify and hire top talent for Spanish and French Markets:

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand needs, define clear job requirements, and align expectations with market realities
• Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (job boards, direct outreach, university partnership...)
• Ensure a seamless recruitment process with structured interviews, clear evaluation criteria, and a great candidate experience from first touch to closing
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders

2️⃣ Build and scale recruitment operations:

• Contribute to the development of our local employer brand strategy
• Identify the right job boards and sourcing platforms for each market
• Build strong partnerships with universities to attract young graduates
• Design and implement structured hiring processes tailored to our needs
• Coach and train hiring managers to adopt best-in-class recruitment practices
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our performance
• Act as a true talent partner to the business and help foster a strong hiring culture

👀 We are looking for you if:

• Speak perfect Spanish and French, and are comfortable in English
• Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing tech company or a sales recruitment agency
• Have a Sales mentality: you like to hunt, convince, to have targets and overachieve them!
• Are proactive and can work well on your own, taking full responsibility for your projects
• Are good at collaborating with hiring managers and work as a team
• Care about giving candidates a great experience
• Like to use data to improve things
• Love recruitment, you're energetic, and always looking for new ideas!
