  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years relevant experience with requirement management and requirement management tools preferably with JAMA Connect
  • Automotive experience is preferred but other industries will be considered
  • Engineering experience as a requirements manager or engineer
Responsibilities
  • Define the requirements for Jama to capture Torc requirements
  • Implement Jama to capture Torc requirements in Jama; implement, measure and report the Torc required traceability in Jama
  • Configure, implement, and support Jama and support Jira, Jenkins and GitHub related add-ins; design, develop & implement custom Jama, and JIRA workflows
  • Develop custom Jama & JIRA reports and dashboards; develop & deliver training and documentation for Developers, QA and Product Management
  • Design, develop & implement Jira, Jenkins and GitHub integrations
  • Evaluate full system performance, understanding the contributions of relevant sub-systems, providing feedback to development teams
  • Track and report system performance KPIs on a regular basis
  • Support tracking and reporting testing Key Performance Measures (KPMs) on regular basis
  • Exhaustively document best practices
  • Ensure security, performance, manageability, quality, and consistency of the product requirement specification across the systems and provide technical guidance to development teams
  • Define and maintain the Jama strategy including the traceability strategy
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
  • Maintain traceability between different levels of requirements as well as mapping to verification tests throughout the product life cycle including planned iteration and requirement modifications under consideration of system design and requirements engineering best practices
