What You’ll Do:
As the Compensation Analyst, you will support the administration, oversight and maintenance of compensation programs and systems to ensure alignment with Curaleaf objectives and compensation strategy. This position performs a variety of functions including salary review, ensuring compliance with FLSA requirements, reporting, job evaluations and analysis and salary grade maintenance.

What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of compensation experience with the ability to apply knowledge, philosophy, best practices, and sound decision making processes to current and proposed compensation programs.
- You will have experience with market pricing fundamentals.
- Your high level of Microsoft Excel proficiency will be needed in this role.
- This position requires experience with Towers Watson.
- Having a basic understanding of stock-based compensation and sales commission compensation structures is a plus.
