Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience designing solar systems or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role.
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering, Solar Development, or anything that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable creating and reviewing design work and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience in AutoCAD or computer-based drafting or are eager to learn.
  • Located in Boulder or Denver, CO - Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder/Denver area.
Responsibilities
  • Creating and reviewing designs and production models.
  • Interfacing with systems like Helioscope, PVSyst, AutoCAD.
  • Conducting site visits to gather design information.
  • Performing a host of duties on engineering deliverables and monitoring progress on design reviews and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the team on interconnection processes with utilities, subcontractors, and clients.
