The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader at the SVP level to drive digital transformation initiatives for our CPG customers as Head of Digital Transformation at CommerceIQ. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage our B2B SaaS solutions to help CPG customers thrive in the rapidly evolving digital commerce landscape. You will also build and grow a professional services organization within CommerceIQ to accomplish this for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping CPG customers succeed in the digital age and have the strategic vision and execution skills to drive transformative change. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of CPG through innovative B2B SaaS solutions.
This position can be based anywhere in the United States, with over 50% travel expected to client locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead the execution of digital transformation strategies tailored for CPG clients
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at major CPG organizations
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in CPG and e-commerce to inform product roadmaps
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align offerings with CPG customer needs
- Drive adoption and ROI of our solutions among CPG customers
- Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson on CPG digital transformation
- Lead services sales activities, including proposal generation, SOW creation, selling PS, change orders, and customer negotiations
- Build and lead a world class Professional Services organization
- Develop repeatable service offerings that provide high value to our customers and are complementary to our SaaS offerings
- Foster and create partnerships with SI partners
Qualifications:
- Consulting experience at a major strategy firm with digital transformation
- Deep understanding of retail operations, ecommerce, or AdTech
- Strong track record of driving digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale
- Experience with B2B SaaS solutions and business models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage C-level audiences and convey complex ideas clearly
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and financial models
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a major plus)
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $200,000 - $325,000/per year. This role is expected to have a 60/40 split for base/commission.
This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at CommerceIQ. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
