Requirements
  • Experience working in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact in a similar role required to manage administrative work
  • Experience working in HR, Learning and Development or Recruiting teams and systems

Responsibilities
  • Act as an initial point of contact for a wide range of questions covering topics including event execution, collaboration and BEI learning content, process purchase requests, reconcile spend and manage contracts process in working with outside vendors, and devise communications and comms plans across BEI Project landscape through Slack, video and internal podcast
  • Manage BEI content in Figma’s learning management system and update localization plans on an adhoc basis
  • Schedule annual onboarding and quarterly development sessions and support the Community Program Manager to lead Community Leadership training institute sessions
  • Update and facilitate new hire communications to incoming Figmates surrounding BEI
  • Support Figmate Community Program development and monitor policy alignment
  • Update internal resources for belonging, equity, and impact initiatives
  • Help plan and execute belonging, equity, and impact events and trainings
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Public speaking/Facilitation experience/Performance background
  • Familiar with Figma & Figjam
  • A background in community organizing and coalition building
  • Content editing background
