Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and courses.
  • Assist in creating learning materials, including presentations and handouts.
  • Help manage a learning management system (LMS).
  • Assists in the development of a content management system (CMS).
  • Support coaching and mentoring of employees in training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and provide input on program design.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies related to training and development.
  • Ensure that training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in assessing employee performance before and after training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with grants management preferred.
  • Experience in software or technology industry a plus.
