  • Minimum 5 years in a related role at a finance or technology firm

Responsibilities
  • Help drive business efficiency and culture within the organization through team development, communications, organizational change, and leadership team projects
  • Collaborate with RE&F leadership team and business heads to ensure continuity across the broader organization
  • Manage the planning and execution of a diverse set of projects with the RE&F leadership team, such as strategic planning, special requests from senior management, and CFO department budgeting
  • Gather and write in depth, factual content as needed for the Head of Real Estate and Facilities, including briefings, meeting agendas, and research
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the Firm, especially in groups such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, HR, administrative team, and senior management team
  • Provide thoughtful input on critical deliverables that inform the operations, strategy, and planning processes
  • Develop visually compelling, thoughtful, and clear presentations, marketing materials and written communications to support business objectives across the RE&F department, i.e., Workplace Experience, Critical Systems, Space Planning and Real Estate
