Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Lead
Key Role:
Perform a key role by supporting internal compliance function for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Contractor Business Systems. Work within a matrix team to foster collaborative relationships with the process owners and first line of defense teams and be directly involved in work streams reviewing system configuration, process flows, test cases, and supporting documentation. Adapt to changing requirements, lead as well as act as a team player and work without considerable direction. Maintain responsibility for administering testing, performing analysis, and recommending improvements to policies and procedures. Develop a thorough understanding of Booz Allen timekeeping policies and ensure employee adherence to the policies. Work with Booz Allen and government representatives on audits or issues regarding government accounting and other business systems compliance. Provide support for negotiation of financial claims by the company or government agencies. Participate in internal reviews of financial practices for DFARS Business Systems compliance. Be involved in internal training on government accounting regulations and their application at Booz Allen. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with financial and accounting in internal controls, audits, or risk management roles
-Experience with business analytics, attribute testing, or business process development
-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Knowledge of government procedures and regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standard (CAS), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), or Contract Audit Manual (DCAM)
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a matrix team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
-Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Power BI, or MS SharePoint
-Knowledge of DFARS business systems and internal controls
-Ability to perform research and legal, regulatory, policy, quantitative, and organizational analyses

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
