  • Experience working in the F&B industry, whether as a restaurant owner, or part of a restaurant group, working at a technology company building products or services for the F&B domain

  • 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's degree; or equivalent education and experience

  • Experience having built teams of people

  • Experience holding teams accountable to their discipline and collaboration to understand the value of each discipline within the team (engineering, product manager, design, product marketing and data analytics teams)
  • 8+ years of management experience within R&D or industry
  • Business Experience
  • This is experience having operated and optimized a non-trivial budget or P&L
  • Lead an organization of engineering, product management, product marketing, design, partnerships and insights to help them do their best work
  • Set the vision for the Square for Restaurants ecosystem
  • Guide product strategy to maximize impact for our customers and Square's business
  • Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships to refine how we collaborate
  • Partner with go-to-market functions to align roadmaps and processes
  • Help shape our product development process as we continue to grow
  • Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
