Job Description:
Location: Hybrid
We are looking for an eager and energetic person to support the Group Medical Underwriting Team. In this role you will be responsible for various administration/support tasks that will contribute to the underwriting process of group benefits.
What will you do?
- Produce letters to members, policyholders and internal business partners
- Answer calls from customers on our phone queue
- Manage returned mail
- Support underwriting practices with data entry tasks
- Order/Distribute weekly/monthly reports
- Run and manage monthly follow/pending reports
- Complete general administration tasks
What do you need to succeed?
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
