National Sales Manager – Signature Hardware
Signature Hardware is looking for a driven and passionate leader to fill the position of National Sales Manager. We are looking for a change agent - a candidate that is eager to make an impact on the overall organization and drive Signature Hardware sales across showroom and build.com.
Signature Hardware is located in Erlanger, Kentucky but this position can be fully remote with travel for the right individual.
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the Ferguson Residential/Builder customer base and a strong commitment to expanding our presence within the blended branch business. If you have a solid foundation in sales and a desire to make an impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills to drive growth and inspire others. You’ll bring familiarity with the Signature Hardware product line—or an eagerness to learn—and use that knowledge to boost sales performance and promote the value of “why Signature Hardware” to both customers and colleagues. You’ll collaborate closely with teams at both Signature Hardware and across Ferguson to foster brand alignment and increase awareness.
This role promises meaningful, challenging responsibilities that will contribute significantly to the growth of the Signature Hardware brand, while also supporting your own professional development within a dynamic, supportive environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a national sales strategy within all channels of the Ferguson network
- Work closely with District leadership to set budget expectations and measure performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization. From a sales associate to the executive team
- Drive specification and Project Work strategy
- Lead the planning and execution of associate training (On-site in Erlanger and local level)
- Strong ties to the national Own Brand Business Partner team and the National Sales Manager
- Execution of SH Brand Strategy within Ferguson (ex-Showroom Display Template)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales Management Experience or extensive experience in outside sales
- Strong history in selling environments
- Leadership skills
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Signature Hardware and competitor product knowledge
- Coaching skills – proven track record of achieving through others
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
- Strong financial acumen - Ability to work with and analyze numbers quickly
- In-depth understanding of the company’s operational system
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Interpret marketing reports, analyzing, business groups, products, and customers
- Prior experience in negotiation and issue resolution
- Ability to initiate and embrace change
- Ability to travel as needed or up to 50%

$6,374.70 - $13,933.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
