Job Description
You will be the HR business partner to company’s Sales, Business and G&A teams that are driving unprecedented business and company growth. This is a great opportunity to leverage both your HR expertise as well as exceptional business acumen and play a critical role in Astera’s hyper growth.
• You will be the HRBP Leader for entire business organization spread across US and Canada. This employee group constitutes about 35% of the company.
• You will be the thought partner to the CBO, CFO, SVP of Sales & their LT as they manage rapid scaling of their teams and provide expert guidance on managing organization change and development
• You will provide coaching and guidance to senior managers as they manage exceptional talent in a hyper growth environment
• You will be the ambassador for Astera Labs culture for all employees in the organizations you support and will be their first point of contact for all people advisory.
• You will work on implementing all people processes like performance reviews, compensation, talent management and engagement for the teams you support.
• You will partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation team to ensure hiring goals are met and rewards are in line with employee’s performance
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of how various functions and structures contribute to the success of our company
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with leaders, employees and stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization
• Ability to flex, work in an evolving environment and still drive action; Can adjust decisions based on changing circumstances
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in building processes in companies going through phase of rapid growth
• Experience with late-stage private companies or companies that have recently gone public
• MBA or direct work experience in a customer facing role
The base salary range is $144,000 - $210,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
