  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery, demo, scoping, business case, budget approval, close
  • Responsible for closing deals & hitting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Become a Trusted Advisor to assigned prospects
  • Build high level relationships with key decision makers and champions
  • Develop industry expertise in public infrastructure markets and in Citylitics’ platform & data capabilities
  • Deliver polished business case presentations to prospects on value they are receiving from our services and opportunities for expansion of their use of data & sales intelligence
  • Demonstrated experience managing prospect expectations and having difficult conversations, with a focus on reaching positive outcomes and delivering value
  • Spend about 80% of time speaking with clients and coworkers
