  • Experience working on engines, with a primary focus on full engine builds.
  • Familiarity with architecture of a Gas Generator cycle engine and all associated nomenclature.
  • Experience installing fittings, seals, tube routing, and harness routing, drag-on instrumentation install, and subassembly install.
  • Experience running pressurized tests such as hydrostatic proof testing, low-pressure leak checks, and engine avionics checkouts.
  • Experience performing quality inspections, repairing, and documenting work on critical aerospace hardware.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical system integration.

  • Fabrication and assembly of the Aeon-R engine
  • Scaling manufacturing operations
  • Interpreting work instructions and engineering drawings
  • Providing valuable feedback to the team on necessary improvements
  • Involvement in in-house processes and support resources such as precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, flow testing, and engine assembly
