Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with and present to all levels of employees and leadership
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance prior to the commencement of employment
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Responsibilities
  • Represent the directorate as they coordinate with the Director, Department Managers, and Section Managers to analyze and identify department trends, needs, and potential trends in training, funding, and other department metrics (to include staffing)
  • Track and facilitate delivery of Directorate actions, audit and correct employee records, and manage delivery of items to schedule
  • Establish and manage common approaches, templates, and tools for delivering data from the Directorate to requesting organizations and Leadership
  • Represents the directorate through logistics and planning to ensure personnel are provided necessary trainings within budget and on schedule. Develops & statuses the metrics necessary for reporting.
  • Assists with all aspects of staffing to include Onboarding, Clearance tracking, UR&R status, and Hiring Events
