Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of product software engineers to high performance

  • Hire and grow a diverse team
  • Assist product management and design in your capacity as an engineering leader
  • Collaborate across functions and stakeholders for detailed roadmap planning
  • Guide architecture and other technical decision making
  • Ensure high quality products through thoughtful testing and release practices
  • Own the full lifecycle of feature development from design through testing, release and operations
Desired Qualifications
  • Managed a full stack team (frontend and backend engineers)
  • Exposure to systems software and services written in Go and Javascript
  • Expertise in one or more of the major public clouds
  • Experience driving observability, reliability, and availability for large-scale distributed systems
  • Background in leading engineering teams for large-scale enterprise platforms
