  • You develop and execute strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plans for LATAM and Hispanic markets. Growth plans include sales, recruiting strategy, rank advancement, and retention. Utilizes data mining techniques to perform various business modeling and analysis
  • You create and lead a monthly corporate call to review ongoing projects, strengths, and opportunities. Additionally, make an execution plan for deliverables
  • You partner with CFDO and GMs to develop a product roadmap to achieve desired sales goals
  • You collaborate with CFDO and GMs to develop the LATAM and Hispanic markets strategic sales plan accompanied by KPIs and detailed budgets to achieve the company sales goals
  • You lead and manage LATAM and Hispanic market sales projects from inception to execution, monitoring budgets and timelines to ensure we meet them both
  • You direct the Data Analytics team to develop specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for all LATAM and Hispanic markets, including a focus on new leaders and growth areas
  • You prepare comprehensive sales models integrating financial analysis, assumptions, and metrics. To develop recommendations and analyze past results and future outcomes in conjunction with market analyses
  • You build and enhance sales models used to forecast and report the company's revenue and other key metrics, including daily sales data and forecasts
  • You create and lead the development of ambassador-facing reports to support increased sales & retention within each organization
  • You oversee and adjust daily international sales activities, including programs, promotions, or incentives to achieve desired sales goals
  • You manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, and collaborate with other teams within the business to achieve your goals with the resources provided, never compromising ethical standards
