  • 5-7 years of experience in the Marketing and/or Advertising industry
  • Manager level of experience in integrated media planning
  • Knowledge of advertising in international markets (US, UK)
  • History of developing positive on-going business relationships
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships internally and externally
  • Experience managing and developing employees
  • Proficient with media research tools (e.g. MRI, Vividata, Neilson)
  • Curiosity, learning agility, passion for continuous development
  • Experience with presenting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent thinker with organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel
Responsibilities
  • Leading the preparation, writing, and presentation of integrated media plans
  • Maintaining stewardship and accountability of the media plan
  • Liaising and fostering knowledge-sharing with other disciplines
  • Ensuring media plans adhere to agency's values and processes
  • Leading evaluations of media opportunities and trends
  • Managing client's day-to-day planning requirements
  • Leading various workflows and communication streams
  • Informing leadership of challenges and opportunities
  • Influencing decision making for clients
  • Participating in agency/team projects and new business presentations
  • Overseeing financial media control
