  • High School diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience with property management systems (e.g., Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, EliseAI)
  • Strong process mapping, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage projects and support cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead various special projects related to property management technology, including system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives that require both technical and business expertise
  • Facilitate process mapping and create guides for the rollout of new technologies
  • Collaborate with corporate teams as a property systems expert on technology platforms such as Entrata and EliseAI
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within property management technology platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify underutilized features and recommend enhancements across property management technology platforms
  • Coordinate with different property system technology liaisons to discuss and prioritize enhancement requests
  • Assist in evaluating and testing property management technology integrations with AMLI’s internal applications and other third-party providers as needed
  • Tier 3 support for escalated issues related to property management technology platforms and communicate systemic concerns to leadership
