Responsibilities
- Perform all clerical duties related to client services; e.g. answer support contacts over phone, email, and chat
- Discuss coverage with clients at renewal and cross-sell / upsell when necessary
- Proactively manage account retention by following up on cancellations and re-marketing / rewriting accounts based on client needs
- Analyze and compare carrier quotes for proper coverages, terms, and conditions. Make insurance program suggestions
- Quote and process service work in various insurance carrier systems and Salesforce
- Provide support to the Sales team which may include addressing urgent, time-sensitive requests outside normal business hours (e.g. evenings or weekends)
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management and document management systems
Desired Qualifications
- Insurance: You have knowledge of insurance coverage and products and navigating carrier rating engines. You have an active P&C insurance license. if you have experience with some of our carriers and/or dwelling fire
