So, what’s the role?
Kin is looking for a customer-centric and data-driven marketer to drive remarketing campaigns, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing. You will partner with product, sales, design, analytics, and channel marketers to drive a single metric: lead conversion rate. The tools at your disposal are digital channels, a marketing platform (email + SMS), landing pages, and ab-testing of our acquisition funnel.
A day in the life could include:
Partnering with product, design, and analytics teams to define target segments and channels for lead remarketing, setting clear ROI goals and measuring the incremental lift of campaigns.
Developing and executing a comprehensive retargeting strategy aimed at converting high-cost visitors, working closely with the paid acquisition team to create channel-specific campaigns.
Owning the conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct A/B testing across various channels, continuously improving conversion rates through hypothesis-driven experiments.
Leading marketing automation efforts, including nurturing leads, upselling, and cross-selling, while coordinating closely with sales teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless execution.
Overseeing and driving the successful launch and growth of referral marketing programs, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering consistent performance improvements across the business.
I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?
5+ years in performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
Proficient in marketing analytics with the ability to independently pull and analyze data, coupled with a strong understanding of attribution models.
Experience with A/B testing landing pages and optimizing conversion funnels.
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Experienced full-stack marketer with a strong history of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, adept at managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
