Responsibilities
  • Partnering with product, design, and analytics teams to define target segments and channels for lead remarketing, setting clear ROI goals and measuring the incremental lift of campaigns.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive retargeting strategy aimed at converting high-cost visitors, working closely with the paid acquisition team to create channel-specific campaigns.
  • Owning the conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct A/B testing across various channels, continuously improving conversion rates through hypothesis-driven experiments.
  • Leading marketing automation efforts, including nurturing leads, upselling, and cross-selling, while coordinating closely with sales teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless execution.
  • Overseeing and driving the successful launch and growth of referral marketing programs, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering consistent performance improvements across the business.
