Responsibilities
  • Assists in coordinating team and department calendars, facilitating efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and other engagements to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborates with various departments to schedule meetings, reserve rooms, and create the right environment for the moment.
  • Works closely with various leaders across disciplines to coordinate meetings, showcases, the OHDT, and other integrated multidiscipline sessions.
  • Handles proprietary and confidential material, meetings, agreements, etc.
  • Assists team members in completing expense reports, accurately documenting expenditures and adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates travel arrangements for team members, coordinating flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure smooth and hassle-free trips.
  • Arranges meeting logistics such as booking rooms and organizing catering services, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for successful meetings.
  • Handles VPs and staff's requests from the field, office, and lab which can occur at irregular hours via a text as Subsurface group is a 24/7 customer support group.
  • Plan group outings and goes with the team when available to learn and interact with the team.
  • Enjoys working with many different teams and individuals throughout Devon and the world.
