Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound prospecting role. (Experience in Healthcare is a plus).
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets for qualified meetings, opportunities generated, or similar sales development KPIs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and your emails are compelling.
  • Highly resourceful and tenacious. You don't give up easily and are skilled at finding creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects.
  • Proficient with sales enablement tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Heavy Prospecting: Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within our target markets using a variety of tools and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, industry reports, news). This isn't just about finding contacts; it's about understanding their challenges and identifying how our solution can add value.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively initiate outbound communication via personalized cold calls, emails, and social selling to engage with prospects and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Discovery and Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and to assess their fit for our solutions.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop and refine targeted, personalized messaging that resonates with prospects, highlights our value proposition, and compels them to learn more.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously track all activities, update prospect information, and maintain a clean and accurate database in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, hand off qualified opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform prospecting strategies and improve messaging.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Desired Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger Sale) is a plus.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management Systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, telehealth platforms, health information exchanges (HIE), and data analytics platforms. Ability to discuss these technologies confidently with healthcare IT professionals and executives.

Consensus Cloud Solutions reports $87.07M Q4 revenue with 13.7% adjusted EPS growth

Consensus Cloud Solutions has reported Q4 2025 revenue of $87.07 million, up 0.10% year-over-year, whilst adjusted earnings per share grew 13.7% to $1.41. The company's corporate revenue segment increased 7.3% year-over-year, the highest growth rate since 2022, and now represents two-thirds of total revenue with a retention rate of 101.3%. The Small Office/Home Office segment declined 11.1% as the company shifts focus towards higher-margin corporate accounts. Management projects corporate revenue could reach 75% of total business within three years. For 2026, Consensus Cloud Solutions has issued revenue guidance of $350-364 million with adjusted EPS between $5.55 and $5.95.
