Requirements
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • An Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, an equivalent qualification, or a two-year technical school degree, plus three years of experience; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate complex processes and requirements in written and verbal communications to diverse audiences.
  • Collect, interpret, and present Veterans Affairs data to support decision-making.
  • Support Veterans Affairs project managers by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Provide training and documentation for end users, including Veterans, clinicians, and Veterans Affairs staff.
