POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Game Events and Services Day of Game Staff responsible for handling the game day hosting duties of suites and hospitality packages for the Premium Sales, Group Sales, and Special Events Services staff. This staff ensures all clients receive a high-end experience at the ballpark and that they enjoy their time from start to finish at Fenway Park!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to conduct ballpark tours for clients by exhibiting a thorough knowledge of Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox
- Ability to host various groups/packages on a game-by-game basis while exhibiting the highest level of professionalism
- Manage the distribution of digital tickets, customized passes, gift bags, ballpark waivers, etc. as needed
- Keep a thorough inventory of required materials for game day packages by working with the Red Sox Team Store
- Contribute to and attain individual and department goals
- Further develop relationships with existing accounts
CHARACTERISITICS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service with a fasts-paced, unstructured and frequently changing environment
- Remain professional
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout baseball and concert season as needed.
