Requirements
  • High school or equivalent, Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing process support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, interpret equipment manuals and process documentation.
  • General working knowledge of automated processing equipment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for work under a microscope is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Minitab statistical software, and AutoCAD are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on wafer fabrication processing equipment.
  • Support Photo, Etch, Diffusion, CVD, Implant and Thin Film processes.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and a basic understanding of equipment/process interaction to determine the root cause of the failure and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of tools.
  • Assist production by identifying, responding to, and disposition of non-conforming equipment and/or materials.
  • Work with manufacturing personnel, other technicians, and process engineers to follow project plans, execute material testing, equipment performance, equipment maintenance, and data collection.
