Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and ten or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or higher-level role required.
  • Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of medium to large-scale eCommerce platforms (Instacart, Salesforce, Adobe, SAP), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker/Looker Studio), content providers (Syndigo, Nielsen, Salsify), digital solution providers (Socii), and social media integrations with platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP reporting and transactional applications preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to pragmatically engage with AI solutions to optimize delivery through improve work quality and productivity.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time to meet deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital commerce and customer experience strategy aligned with corporate objectives, leveraging emerging trends and technologies to drive growth.
  • Integrate omnichannel platforms to deliver a seamless, unified shopping experience across online and in-store.
  • Oversee and optimize the performance, security, and scalability of eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality across apps, desktop and mobile in conjunction with IT, external vendors and other departments.
  • Drive ecommerce best practices for speed, navigation, personalization, and conversion.
  • Lead the development of metrics enabling data-driven digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media (search, social, display, streaming), and social activation to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Align campaigns with merchandising and promotional calendars to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure accurate product content including but not limited to listings, pricing, and promo strategies online.
  • Optimize product taxonomy, categorization, and search functionality to improve discoverability and upselling.
  • Collaborate with store operations to streamline order processing, improve inventory visibility, and implement recognition programs to boost curbside/eCommerce performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Elevate in-store experience through wayfinding, digital signage, deep links, and app integrations to drive engagement and convenience.
  • Collaborates with third-party vendors (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash and others) to drive sales, align promotions, and enhance efficiency and performance across delivery channels.
  • Oversees the “We Are Listening” call center to deliver exceptional service and rapid issue resolution, leveraging advanced analytics and feedback loops to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Integrates call center insights into digital and operational strategies to enhance the overall customer experiences
  • Analyzes KPIs and leverage A/B testing to optimize eCommerce, digital marketing performance.
  • Delivers actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Leads and develops a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversees vendor relationships with technology partners, marketing agencies, and logistics providers to ensure operational excellence.

Developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, the national recognition is based on one of the largest independent studies of the female workforce in the U.S. Reasor's grocery stores are under the Brookshire umbrella. The study included survey responses from more than 89,000 women representing more than one million companies nationwide. Companies were evaluated on a range of factors, including representation of women in leadership, pay equity, advancement opportunities, workplace culture and programs that support women's professional development. Two FRESH by Reasor's locations coming soon to Oklahoma City metro. Read the story below to see where the two stores will be located. Two Uptown Grocery locations in the Oklahoma City metro will soon become FRESH by Reasor's stores. Brookshire Grocery Co. and Uptown Grocery Co. announced Monday that they entered into an agreement under which Brookshire Grocery Co. will acquire Uptown Grocery locations in The Village and Edmond. The two spots will become FRESH by Reasor's stores following a short closing at each location, according to a news release. The stores will undergo a short closing starting at 7 p.m. on Oct. 22, and the goal is to reopen as a FRESH by Reasor's the following week. Once reopened, the stores will undergo a remodeling process with new features and expanded food selections. "We are thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce our FRESH store with our exceptional service to The Village and Edmond communities," Brad Brookshire, chairman and CEO for Brookshire Grocery Co, said in the news release. "At FRESH, we offer far more than a typical grocery experience. From our award-winning dry-aged beef program to restaurant-quality, chef-prepared meals, every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. Alongside everyday essentials, we're expanding our product offerings which will include adding in beer and wine to further enhance the shopping experience. These new stores represent a bold step in our company's growth journey and stand as a testament to our mission: to create and deliver exceptional experiences and lasting value for our customers, guided by our core values." FRESH by Reasor's features chef-prepared entrees, authentic Japanese ramen and Vietnamese pho counters, a taco bar, brick-oven Neapolitan-style pizza, an artisan bakery, dry-aged beef, a full-service meat and seafood counter, charcuterie and cheese selections, fresh produce with various organics, and a full-service floral shop. The stores also will have a coffee bar, hand-crafted gelato, patio dining, an outdoor cafe, live music, and on-site parks with children's playgrounds. Brookshire Grocery Co. plans to hire more than 40 new employees for each store. Hiring centers - located at 9515 N. May Ave. in Oklahoma City for The Village store and 2740 Featherstone Road in Oklahoma City for the Edmond store - for the new grocery stores will be open from 1 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 13 and will continue 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 14-17. Reasor's currently has almost 20 locations in Oklahoma, and these two new spots will be the first in the Oklahoma City metro.
