Graphic Design & Creative Summer 2025 Internships
The Summer 2025 Internship Program is a full-time opportunity from June 16th to August 8th, 2025. Interns will have the opportunity to do project-based work, participate in professional development workshops, learn about the CAA corporate culture, and discuss the Entertainment, Sports and Media industry All internships are paid employment opportunities. Interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing.
Skills and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a skilled graphic designer, professional, motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where they are capable of assisting in an array of graphic design projects. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. They should possess a strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, branding, and design thinking.
The candidate will work on a team to brainstorm and develop concepts for clients, brands and share perspective on pop culture/new trends. Willingness to proactively provide fresh thinking on behalf of our clients is expected.
Qualifications
•Must submit a portfolio featuring graphic design skills to be considered
•Applicants should have a graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026
•Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator are a must
•Environmental rendering skills a strong plus either in Photoshop or in 3D program of your preference.
•PowerPoint and Outlook experience
•Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
•Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
•Must have ability to meet deadlines, and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Copywriting skills a plus
•Applicants must be able to work full-time at 40 hours per week

- CAA Brand Consulting advises brands in their sports and entertainment marketing investments by identifying, negotiating, and activating strategic partnerships. Graphic design duties include a mix of live event design, traditional print and digital design and presentation design.

- CAA Golf, Brand Consulting specializes in helping corporations leverage the power and reach of golf through sponsorship and brand activation, primarily through events, VIP hospitality, players and media relationships. Graphic design duties include a mix of live event design, traditional print and digital design and presentation design.

- Brand Studio works with iconic talent, brands, and organizations to bring exciting concepts to market. They create all the aspects of a brand’s expression – from framing the strategic value proposition, naming and visual identity to packaging, style guides, website design, retail design, and digital site and app execution. This intern may focus on strategic brand building, marketing, and project management.

- Creative Services is CAA’s in-house creative content development and production studio supporting corporate communications, agents, executives, and clients in executing their business strategies using video, design, photography, print, and more. This intern may work in content creation and graphics, film editing, photography and photoshoots, events, and more.

Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $7.25 - $17.28. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
