  • 7-10 years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years working with partnerships
  • Experience in healthcare, health/HR technology solutions and/or employer-sponsored benefits
  • Experience selling to a PEO preferred
  • Ability to identify relevant partnerships and cultivate opportunities to build a robust pipeline
  • Strong financial acumen and an understanding of the economic model for successful partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record of success in consultative and partnership sales
  • A Team selling style and approach to getting deals done
  • Adept at stakeholder management, maintaining strong internal and external networks
  • Good sales hygiene; familiarity with and/or CRM solutions
  • Passion for One Medical and transforming healthcare
  • Represent One Medical and interact with wide range of strategic partners on a national scale
  • Lead end to end deal execution, including identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing channel and partnership opportunities with third parties
  • Track industry trends and and keep abreast of market conditions to help inform One Medical's OM4B decision-making
  • Provide market-level feedback to help inform product roadmap; act as the voice of the customer
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, finance, legal and others, to ensure client success and performance
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet or exceed quota and annual growth
  • Leverage relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of One Medical products and services
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team and broader OM4B organization to support in-person activities in specific markets
