Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for small and medium-sized business customers, from kickoff call through activation.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to help clients configure and implement Connecteam based on their business needs.
  • Guide customers to quick wins that demonstrate the platform’s value and increase adoption.
  • Help customers establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify at-risk clients early and create proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
