We are seeking a Sr. GTM Program Specialist to join our Revenue Operations department.

With high visibility across all departments at Clio, this team collaborates closely with Clio’s executive and senior leadership, contributing significantly to scaling Clio’s business.

What you’ll work on:

As a GTM Program Specialist, you’ll enjoy high visibility across functions and the unique opportunity to collaborate with Clio’s executive team to elevate our company to new heights.
Program Planning: Identify critical business needs, scope out requirements, and meticulously plan the execution of GTM programs alongside cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic objectives.
Cross-functional Leadership: Build partnerships across the organization and work across all teams and levels to build alignment, gain buy-in, and drive decision-making. Your ability to clarify complex concepts and communicate effectively at all organizational levels will be key to our success.
Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on by breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces and engaging the right stakeholders to find solutions, ensuring smooth program execution.
Program Execution: Lead with agility and proactive engagement, managing stakeholder dependencies and risks to deliver GTM programs on time and with excellence.
Storytelling & Presentation: Develop and convey compelling narratives that resonate with the C-Team and other stakeholders, articulating the value and progress of GTM strategies clearly and persuasively.
Addressing Ambiguity: Navigate and resolve ambiguous situations with adaptability and proactive problem-solving, thriving in dynamic and uncertain environments.
Adaptability: Display a keen ability to focus on granular details when necessary, while also stepping back to assess the broader strategic context, ensuring decisions are well-informed and impactful.
Analysis & Decision Making: Utilize analytical skills to extract meaningful insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations that enhance data-driven decision-making within our GTM strategies.
What you bring:
5+ years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related experience
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization to clearly articulate program objectives, goals, and progress to leadership
Ability to cut through the noise, ask targeted questions, learn quickly, and adapt to new and changing environments.
Proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions where appropriate.
Meticulous organization, high standards of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.

The full salary range* for this role is $97,700 to $115,000 to $132,300 CAD.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
