Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion
Manage event materials, logistics, and setup
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
Support the Events Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Handle on-site event execution and resolve issues as they arise
Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements
Maintain accurate documentation and records of each event
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work evenings or weekends, as required by event schedule
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
