- Lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there.

- Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues.
- Guide teams in translating new business strategies into integrated, end-to-end technology solutions.
- Design and chair architectural review milestones within the software development lifecycle.
- Design architectural frameworks, standards, methods, and train colleagues to utilize them while solutioning.
- Engage business & technical leaders, to secure broad commitment to adopting the to-be end-state blueprint, and methods to get there.
