  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
  • 15+ years of experience simplifying CRM + ERP + boundary system (PLM, MRP, supplier collaboration, pricing, e-commerce, credit mgmt, tax, treasury, rebates, RMA,...) landscapes, preference for candidates with Salesforce, and Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
  • 15+ years of experience with end-to-end business processes, spanning engage market & customer, lead-to-order, order-to-cash, offer-to-plan, plan-to-fulfill, record-to-report, source-to-pay, and contact-to-resolution.
  • 10+ years of experience using visual artifacts to document and convey the intent of an enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, governance, and change management within complex ERP landscapes.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP migration projects
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty, drive outcomes in fluid situations
  • Demonstrated ability in information security, data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • 10+ years of experience with cloud-hosted applications, on-premises, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them.
  • 10+ years of experience with middleware, EDI, OIC, SOA, API, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there.
  • Identify the most promising areas in which to retire technical debt, modernize the technical stack, integrate more scalably, improve capability more quickly.
  • Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues.
  • Guide teams in translating new business strategies into integrated, end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Design and chair architectural review milestones within the software development lifecycle.
  • Design architectural frameworks, standards, methods, and train colleagues to utilize them while solutioning.
  • Engage business & technical leaders, to secure broad commitment to adopting the to-be end-state blueprint, and methods to get there.
  • Break down barriers of silo’d thinking and local optimization of a single department or function, in favor of global, cross-functional, company-wide optimization.
