- 7+ years of experience with a good understanding of the banking and hedge fund industries with broker relations experience
- Prior experience working for a hedge fund and/or a prime broker
- Well-grounded financial counterparty relationship management skills
- Demonstrated track record of direct and successful engagement with banks and brokers
- Experience collecting and leveraging data to identify opportunities and solve problems in a financial industry context
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong team player who can get the most out of their team, while also deploying their own excellent program-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast pace and entrepreneurial environment
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), industry systems, and a demonstrated aptitude to learn new systems
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
- Lead the Americas and EMEA Broker Strategy team, as a senior leader in the Treasury team
- Craft and execute the Firm's strategy for development and maximization of its counterparty relationships in the US and EMEA, also working closely with the Head of Broker Strategy, APAC
- Develop analytics and reporting to evaluate counterparties' resource delivery
- Facilitate identification and value discovery of sell-side resources consumed by the firm
- Coordinate an effective balance of payments with the firm's sell-side partners, including collation and provision of qualitative and quantitative feedback, within a structured process
- Discover new value-add opportunities from the sell-side community for the firm across research, trading, financing, and general market access
- Collaborate closely with the global Treasury team and senior management on relevant matters
- Partner with Compliance to ensure highest level of ethics, integrity, and compliance at all levels

- The annual base salary range is $300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
