  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with field marketing and managing partner marketing budgets.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to maximize revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while expanding existing partnerships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the channel sales team, set clear expectations, and drive performance.
  • Implement effective sales processes and metrics.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through the channel sales network.
  • Develop innovative sales programs and incentives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and tools.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Negotiate and manage complex partner agreements.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and network with potential partners.
  • Work effectively across departments to identify and execute new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights on channel sales performance, revenue growth, and key initiatives.
