Responsibilities
  • Oversee the portfolio that support the people team at each stage of the employee life cycle
  • Own the long-term strategic roadmap for people systems to support needs across the employee life cycle
  • Elevate the relationship with the people team to a strategic partner becoming an integral part of the success of the people team and their mission
  • Manage a team responsible for existing technical services and the development and implementation of new solutions
  • Drive technology design initiatives in partnership with Analytics to align infrastructure with reporting needs
  • Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to meet security and compliance requirements across all systems
  • Partner with the People leaders, namely the CHRO, Head of Recruiting and Head of Total Rewards on their short, medium and long term vision
  • Support the People team, in their approach to planning and prioritization with a focus on scalable, repeatable, automated solutions
