Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required.
  • Industry software experience such as YARDI or On-Site is required.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner is required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Responsibilities
  • Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, and preparing deposits and financial reports.
  • Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
  • Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting delinquencies.
  • Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
  • Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure residents’ requests have been completed.
  • Generate interest in the community by describing its unique features and benefits and highlighting what sets it apart from the competition.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assisting with resolution.
  • Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.

  • A college degree is a plus.
