Requirements

  • 4+ years of employee relations experience.
  • 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with leaders on business and people initiatives (e.g. coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management, and engagement).
  • Facilitate and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Work closely with leaders on business and people initiatives (e.g. coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management, change management and engagement).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
  • Manage and deliver HR solutions that support the organizational strategy, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Assist with the execution and implementation of processes that grow the capacity of the organization’s key people resources.
