Responsibilities
  • carry out similar tasks as an Account Manager
  • take on responsibilities associated with the Account Director role
  • demonstrate the ability to draw on previous experience to make recommendations to clients
  • proactively propose solutions to clients' problems
  • demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the client’s business to actively contribute to and critically assess content development
  • build confidence to have more strategic conversations with clients without needing a more senior member of the team to be involved
