  • 3+ years’ experience in an operational role (project coordination, product operations, product management, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Managing the seasonal GTM calendar to ensure all deliverables are on time and communicate risks or changes to impacted teams
  • Highlighting and communicating cross-departmental process impacts and evolutions to GTM stakeholders
  • Building relationships with business teams, supporting change management initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting analysis of current business processes, identifying process improvements, new processes, and maximizing efficiency
  • Documenting cross-functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintaining system and procedure-related documentation, scheduling meetings, organizing events, preparing reports and presentations for senior management
  • Participating in team meetings, contributing ideas to maximize operational efficiency, capturing meeting notes and follow-up items
  • Upholding Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the supply chain
  • Adapting to the evolving business landscape, learning continuously, and staying agile
  • Playing an active role in implementing best practices aligned with the Product Operations team's directive and championing change management communications
  • Supporting the evolution of the GTM process, documentation, and stakeholder activation across various product categories
