Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Must be certified as a security officer by the state of Virginia.
  • Must have at least one year of experience in a customer-service-related field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license without major violations.
  • Must be flexible to work after hours and weekends as needed.
  • Must have strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to establish strong working relationships in a team setting.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform walking, stair climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work under variable temperature and noise conditions, indoors and outdoors, around fumes, hazards, dust, mites, chemicals, and biohazards.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain proper staffing levels through scheduling and managing on-call employees.
  • Collect deposits, report daily consolidated revenue, and review cashier reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee daily activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility.
  • Ensure officers correctly complete daily activity, maintenance, and incident reports.
  • Ensure facility operations comply with company policy, including revenue control, equipment maintenance, signage accuracy, and internal audit standards.
  • Ensure facility safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits.
  • Fill in for front-line associates during absences when requested.
  • Meet with the property's client contact as needed.
  • Oversee the contract parker program, including customer registration, accounts-receivable billing and collection, and corporate account requests and concerns.
  • Report incidents to ParkX Management in a timely manner using phone and Track Tik reporting.
  • Document incident forms and conduct incident investigations as directed by the Senior Operations Manager or Corporate Office.
  • Resolve customer concerns escalated by front-line associates.
  • Train new officers on Track Tik, Barnacle, and patrol rounds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
