  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or program management roles supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is required.
  • Direct experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, utility, or large capital project procurement programs is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing long-lead equipment procurement, including switchgear, transformers, generators, chillers, and other critical infrastructure equipment, is required.
  • Experience managing Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment programs and coordinating interfaces with contractors is required.
  • A strong understanding of vendor management, original equipment manufacturer relationships, manufacturing lead times, logistics planning, and procurement risk management is required.
  • Experience supporting cross-border logistics, import/export coordination, customs, transportation, and supply chain execution is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-lead procurement strategies across multiple data center campuses and projects.
  • Manage procurement of critical infrastructure equipment, including switchgear, transformers, generators, chillers, and other mission-critical systems.
  • Lead Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment programs and align procurement schedules, delivery sequencing, and contractor installation plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with original equipment manufacturers, manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic vendors.
  • Negotiate capacity commitments, production allocations, delivery schedules, and escalation paths with key suppliers.
  • Monitor equipment lead times, manufacturing progress, and supply chain risks that could impact project delivery.
  • Develop forecasting, reporting, and risk management tools to provide visibility into procurement status and potential schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate logistics planning, transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities to support construction and commissioning requirements.
  • Manage cross-border logistics activities, including customs coordination, brokerage, import requirements, duties, transportation planning, and contingency development.
  • Collaborate with project management, construction management, scheduling, and commissioning teams to align procurement strategies with project execution.
  • Track and communicate key procurement milestones, risks, constraints, and mitigation plans to project and executive leadership.
  • Support procurement planning during project development, budgeting, and execution phases.
  • Develop and implement supply chain processes, procedures, and reporting standards to support portfolio growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, vendor performance, and overall supply chain resilience.
  • Support the development and growth of the supply chain function, including systems, tools, and future team expansion.
