  • Setting the strategic direction and execution of the Talent Operations Roadmap to improve programs at scale, promoting operational excellence
  • Create the foundational infrastructure of processes, tools, systems, and frameworks to enable our recruiting team to optimize efficiency and scalable results
  • Equip recruiters with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process, tracking recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement
  • Forecast future talent needs and ensure recruiting teams are able to meet the headcount goals
  • Analyze multitudes of data in order to identify, evaluate, and implement the systems and tools that best meet the needs of the company's recruiting team so that it can find, attract, and hire the best talent
  • Building out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance. Develop weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on our key performance metrics
  • Assist with other recruiting projects such as employer branding, DEI recruiting intiatives and university recruiting
  • Serve as the SME and vendor manager for all of our recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, referral program) and consistently assess whether we are fully optimizing each tool to meet our hiring goals
  • Support the recruiting team by managing all operational aspects of recruiting and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of systems, tools, and processes by delivering training, documentation, and support
  • Identify ways to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and interview process across all points of the candidates lifecycle
  • Own other recruiting operations related projects such as systems integration, systems implementation, etc
  • Reducing risk and protecting the company's reputation and brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in its recruiting practices
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations
  • To be an organizer of chaos who is obsessed with detail and consistency, yet can balance the needs of an evolving business to ensure we achieve incremental, continuous improvement through iteration
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, key metrics, and what levers will most dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness throughout various stages of scaling
  • A passion for shipping high-quality products and experiences
  • An analytical mindset, structured thinker, and strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the needs of core users (candidates, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers)
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and scaling environment; startup experience and building processes and systems to scale
