Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the performance of the consumer division across the CEOC area in coordination with local teams.
  • Organize the human and technical resources required for the unit while complying with contracts and legal obligations.
  • Lead and manage the unit's activities and teams.
  • Ensure application of consumer procedures and compliance with contractual commitments to local authorities.
  • Ensure the quality of the commercial cycle from meter reading through billing and maintain consumer relations.
  • Monitor and lead collection of unpaid accounts to meet collection targets.
  • Implement consumer relations, local outreach, and the Eau Inclusive program.
  • Lead, organize, plan, control, and evaluate the team's work.
  • Identify activity priorities and manage urgent matters.
  • Conduct annual reviews, evaluate individual and collective performance, and contribute to employee development.
  • Apply and enforce the Group's charters, commitments, company instructions, and procedures.
  • Apply and enforce Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures, including safety briefings, vehicle audits, and safety visits.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, control, safety, quality, and security procedures during normal operations and crises.
  • Verify team monitoring activities and organize work according to contractual commitments and urgent interventions.
  • Ensure meter-reading activities and controls are organized to meet billing schedules.
  • Coordinate planned preventive and corrective interventions, including customer work, meter changes, and equipment renewal.
  • Ensure the maintenance and reliability of equipment used for remote or radio meter reading and deploy remote reading according to contract commitments.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers and ensure service quality and delivery times.
  • Track performance indicators for the unit's activities.
  • Organize and optimize in-person and telephone consumer reception.
  • Ensure the quality of customer reception and integrate new subscribers after new connections.
  • Ensure effective management of front-office and back-office consumer activities, including secure rapid payments.
  • Handle unpaid water accounts, disputes, and sensitive complaints while meeting outstanding-debt targets.
  • Provide remote-reading service to subscribers and handle related daily alerts.
  • Improve the customer database.
  • Coordinate responses to consumer correspondence across all channels within required deadlines.
  • Analyze and consolidate consumer information collected in the field.
  • Meet collection targets set by the General Manager.
  • Manage relationships with local-authority social services and implement Eau Inclusive programs.
  • Organize, monitor, and decide on actions required to collect unpaid debts.
  • Approve bad debts within delegated authority limits.
  • Support monitoring of litigation files when required.
  • Coordinate consumer-division actions across territory, regional, and national levels.
  • Act as an interface with other territorial units, particularly operations.
  • Help implement resources needed to resolve crises.
  • Maintain relationships with local-authority customers, identify and relay opportunities, and report on them.
  • Prepare, lead, and present customer meetings with local authorities.
  • Participate in contract reviews and contractual relations with local authorities.
  • Maintain relationships with contract managers and contribute to commercial development in the territory.
  • Ensure activity traceability using operational tools.
  • Prepare activity reports and dashboards and contribute to operational contract reporting.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including data-protection, local-authority, quality, and company audits.
  • Respond to RAD and audit questions with support from the territory consumer service.
  • Ensure strict application of contractual conditions.
  • Monitor operating and renewal expenses for the unit.
  • Optimize operating and subcontracting costs.
  • Implement performance plans.
  • Control the completeness and accuracy of time and intervention records.
  • Measure, monitor, and evaluate the unit's activity.
  • Report on and justify management of the unit.
  • Propose improvement initiatives to the CEOC General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with ethics, compliance rules, and related cross-functional and professional procedures.
  • Ensure procedures are understood, applied, and respected within the team and organization.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia has completed a €1.15 billion senior bond offering across two tranches. Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale
