Requirements
- A background in sales leadership, sales analytics, data analytics, sales support, or any other role that would include advising a sales organization
- Must have a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and capable of taking the lead when it comes to presenting ideas/solutions to problems
- A passion for problem solving, puzzles, and collaboration
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Understanding and or willingness to learn how to use tools like: Highspot, GONG, MicroStrategies, SQL, Google Suite, and Monday.com
Responsibilities
- Facilitate recurring strategy sessions with Sales Leadership at the RVP and SSD level
- Build one on one relationships with each of your stake holders on the sales and operations side of the business
- Be able to fully understand business strategy and initiatives so that you are able to provide proactive analysis and insight versus reactive requests from stake holders
- Running quarterly SWOT analysis on the business you support that are inline with the QBR's your sales leaders present
- Be able to communicate confidently what your resources like data, reporting, market trends, articles, etc. are telling you even if it is in direct contradiction of your stake holders
- Research and communication of said research that is outside of Quotient's available resources (articles, case studies, white papers) around key initiatives for the business as well as your stake holders
