  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution. This opportunity is open to all students, from first-year students to seniors, MS students, or MBA students.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize Excel, Nielsen, and IRI data to conduct in-depth analysis, uncovering key insights and trends that drive strategic decision-making and storytelling.
  • Collaborate daily with brokers to streamline communication, ensure timely follow-ups, and meet project deadlines, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of product assortment strategies and design engaging in-store displays, enhancing visual appeal and driving retail partner success.
  • Perform comprehensive market research to monitor competitors, identifying opportunities and strategies to maintain and enhance our market position.
  • Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Science & Innovation to support and integrate business development efforts across the organization.
  • Participate in meetings with retail partners to observe and learn about the sales process, gaining hands-on experience in pitching and negotiation.
