Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE based applications and Object Oriented technologies including design patterns and UML.
- Strong Java Servlet experience.
- Strong WebServices
- Strong EJB 3.0, JPA/API, Hibernate
- Proficient in Spring and AOP.
- Solid Design and Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) experience.
- Experience on Unit Testing (JUnit).
- Knowledgeable in SQL and Oracle 11g.
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Want independent developer who can run with the stuff without hand holding.
- Quick to learn new stuff and should be able to resolve issues independently.
- Should have managed a team of minimum 15-20 people.
